If you no longer need service, feel free to cancel it. To cancel your appointment, tap ‘Cancel Confirmation’ in the bottom of the app and confirm.
To compensate your service provider for their time and gas, we may apply a cancellation fee or penalty for specific service appointments. See your region’s specific cancel penalty on the Cities page.
