These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMZY platform, including our website, applications, and messaging services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using AMZY, you agree to these Terms.

1. About AMZY

AMZY, LLC ("AMZY," "we," "us," or "our") operates a technology platform that connects customers seeking junk removal services with independent junk removal service providers ("Service Providers"). AMZY does not provide junk removal services itself.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using AMZY, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to provide contact information, including a mobile phone number. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (IMPORTANT)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and operational SMS messages from AMZY, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Schedule updates
  • Service status notifications
  • Customer support messages

  • Message frequency: Varies based on your service activity
  • Message & data rates: May apply
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance
AMZY does not send affiliate marketing messages and does not sell or share mobile phone numbers for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out of SMS messages may impact your ability to receive service updates.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for AMZY service-related messaging.

6. Services

AMZY provides a platform to facilitate connections between customers and independent Service Providers. Each service request constitutes a separate agreement between the customer and the Service Provider.

7. Payments

Customers agree to pay all applicable charges displayed at the time of booking. AMZY may collect service or platform fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

8. Cancellations & Fees

Cancellation and other applicable fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances. Details are provided during booking.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, violate laws, harass others, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with the Platform’s operations.

10. Independent Contractors

Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of AMZY.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by AMZY and may not be used without permission.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AMZY does not guarantee service availability, quality, or outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMZY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or services provided by Service Providers.

14. Termination

AMZY may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
